As well as this, we offer an excellent ROTW each week, which contains a variety of routes and aircraft for pilots to choose from. This also allows pilots to fly routes that they haven’t yet unlocked. - Air Europa was the very first Spanish airline to fly directly to China.
- Air Europa was the first European airline to offer a direct connection between Honduras and Spain.
- Air Europa was the very first Spanish airline to incorporate a B787 Dreamliner into its fleet.
- Air Europa was the first international company to obtain a license to operate domestic flights in Brazil.
Our Hub
Madrid Barajas International Airport is the largest and busiest airport in Spain. It is located in the North-East of Madrid, Barajas district, only 12 kilometers from Madrid city centre. The Airport opened in 1928 and since then has become one of the most important aviation centers of Europe. Madrid airport is also a Cargo HUB which deals with a variety of different cargo. On average, over 45 million passengers fly to and from Madrid airport each year. Madrid airport is also in the top 10 busiest airports within Europe.

We have a variety of routes and codeshares all around the world with a variety of aircraft. Within Air Europa VA myself & staff love to engage with our pilots on a regular basis and we host a variety of group events. Spain is such a beautiful country with beautiful scenery and mountains, so why not join and come and check out the beautiful scenery throughout Spain!

I'm happy to be the COO of Air Europa Virtual, there are many routes to explore around the world and many codeshares too. It’s a fun, caring and enjoyable VA. The addition of the Air Europa B738 livery makes the VA more interesting now, as we now have the B738 & B789 wearing the Air Europa livery! The new crew centre (DigitalCrew) also has some excellent features and it is a great crew centre, and pilots really do like it.

Our Routes
Air Europa Virtual offers a diverse range of routes spanning short, medium, and long-haul flights across Spain, Europe, Africa, The Middle East, and The Americas. Notably, they operate wide-body aircraft domestically within Spain, using the B789 on popular routes like Barcelona and Gran Canaria. They were the first international company licensed to operate domestic flights in Brazil and also operate domestically in Ecuador. The airline is the only Spanish and European carrier to serve certain South American destinations. Additionally, Air Europa Virtual offers a Career Mode exclusevely for its pilots featuring military routes flown on behalf of the Spanish Air Force, offering pilots a challenge with over 80 routes across various destinations.
